How to get V.I.P. priority support

You are not yet a Winbiz Cloud customer

When ordering you will be able to add the V.I.P. subscription by activating the option on the right hand side of your order basket.

You are already a Winbiz Cloud customer

You can activate the V.I.P. subscription directly from your member area. (help)


Conditions

Subscription is only available to WinbizCloud or WinbizLocal subscription users. This service is not available for older purchased versions (licenses).

The subscription is valid for 1 month and is automatically renewed after this period unless you cancel it on the customer area for WinbizCloud and by email for WinbizLocal.

The subscription is charged according to the number of accesses. It is taken out for all accesses. It is subscribed for all accesses.
