The remote maintenance system allows you to authorize an agent to intervene on your system in complete security. You can use the remote assistance application when a support agent must open a session on your computer. You have permanent control over all the operations that will be performed. The access must be accepted at each session and no further connection is possible in your absence and without your agreement at each connection.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

Important : FIDUCIAL WINBIZ SA assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY in case of data loss, modification of your system before, during or after the intervention of the support agent. You are solely responsible for having made the necessary backups before any intervention. No claim for compensation can be made following a technical intervention by a support agent, whether the intervention took place by telephone, e-mail, internet or by remote assistance. By starting the remote assistance application, you implicitly accept these conditions of exclusion of liability.
