Automation of accounting entries

Winbiz now offers automated processing of bank statements, allowing the information contained in CAMT files to be directly applied to commercial documents in Winbiz or to automatically generate entries in general accounting.

The new automatic reconciliation of payments and accounting entries allows you to quickly clear documents related to sales, purchases, and salaries, while reducing the risk of errors and the need for manual intervention.

For transactions not linked to a document, validating simple allocation rules enables the automatic generation of accounting entries. These rules are then applied to future imports, ensuring fast and consistent accounting allocation.

CAMT files are retrieved directly from Winbiz (if an e-banking contract is configured) or imported manually from your financial institution’s management portal.

The new reconciliation and automatic entry generation features are available directly within the existing CAMT management screens in Winbiz.

With this update, Winbiz strengthens its ability to integrate banking flows into your accounting, while improving the quality and efficiency of your daily accounting processes.
