By starting remote assistance, you agree to the following terms and conditions:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The remote maintenance system allows you to authorize an agent to intervene on your system in complete security. You can use the remote assistance application when a support agent must open a session on your computer. You have permanent control over all the operations that will be performed. The access must be accepted at each session and no further connection is possible in your absence and without your agreement at each connection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

No claim for compensation can be made following a technical intervention by a support agent, whether the intervention took place by telephone, e-mail, internet or by remote assistance.
