You use Winbiz Cloud and you want priority technical support? The V.I.P. subscription is for you!

For less than one franc per day per access, the V.I.P. subscription offers you the following services:

Free priority phone support (200 minutes per year per company)

How to get the V.I.P. subscription?


10 CHF excl. VAT / per month and per access


15 CHF excl. VAT / per month and per access


20 CHF excl. VAT / per month and per access
Terms and Conditions
  • The subscription is reserved to Winbiz Cloud or Winbiz Local users on subscription. This service is not available for older versions purchased (licenses).
  • The subscription is valid for 12 months and is automatically renewed after this period unless you cancel it on the customer area for Winbiz Cloud and by e-mail for Winbiz Local.
  • The subscription is invoiced according to :
    • the edition used (Basic, Professional or Ultimate+).
    • the number of accesses. It is subscribed for all accesses.
  • The technical support does not provide training. For this purpose, you are entitled to a 15% discount on our Entrepreneur trainings.
  • The technical support does not make customized layouts. To do so, we invite you to consult the F.A.Q. or a Winbiz partner.
