We are constantly adapting Winbiz Cloud to the Swiss legal framework. Updates are carried out automatically on a monthly basis. These are essential to ensure the efficiency of your Winbiz Cloud while continuing to save valuable time. New features and improvements are also included in the updates.

Remote assistance

You can benefit from a remote connection on your computer, if the support agent deems it necessary. We recommend that you make a backup of your data before each assistance. Start the remote assistance before calling our services, in order to save time during the telephone conversation. Don’t forget to read the terms and conditions you agree to when you start connecting.
