The remote maintenance system allows you to authorize an agent to take control of your PC in a secured way. You can use the remote maintenance program when a support agent needs to open a session on your PC. You are always in control of all the operation performed by the agent. The remote control must be accepted at each new session and no subsequent intervention will be possible in your absence or without your explicit approval.
